If you're familiar with fanlistings feel free to skip down to the form below. For those of you unfamiliar with them, I wanted to make note of a couple of things.
1) I require an e-mail address to join only to prove that you are a real person. You will receive an e-mail after you've been added to let you know I processed your application, but after that I will not e-mail you unless I decide to move the listing for whatever reason. Furthermore, I will not give your e-mail address out to anyone.
2) You do not have to have a website to join, but if you do and would like it listed please pick up a code after you join.
