Affiliates

My affiliates are the first sites I want to send you to after you're done visiting Poltergeist. These sites offer different takes on Final Fantasy X, Tidus, and other characters. All are worth the time to read.

Dream Image What's so neat about Jenny's tribute to Tidus is her attention to detail. She's analyzed everything from his story down to his name. I particularly enjoyed reading the Sun section, where she analyzed his symbol. There are many more interesting pages though, and if you don't feel like reading, check out her media section for official images, screenshots, icons and wallpapers.

Imperator Tamisa's Imperator is THE site for Final Fantasy X-2's Gippal. It's a classic in the FFX community that's been around for years. Tamisa presents her information in a way that's interesting for people new to FFX-2 and crazed fans alike. She also offers several goodies like wallpapers and icons. Imperator was just revamped, so it's better than ever.

Lunar Shadow Yumi's Lunar Shadow excites me, and probably for the wrong reasons as I keep clicking the link just to look at the amazing layout. Don't get me wrong, the content is incredibly informative too, and her media selection is awesome. Yumi is just being modest when she says she can't draw. Her Yuna sketch is actually really cool-looking.

Nocturne Nocturne is Sofia's in-depth tribute to Shuyin, Tidus's look-alike of Final Fantasy X-2 fame. The shrine is one of a kind from its unique layout to its engaging essays - Check out Contrast for a particularly compelling read. What's so cool about the shrine though is Sofia's personal touches; she even interjected famous quotes above her menus from people like Shakespeare and Aristotle.

Overdrive Earthy's Auron shrine kind of popped up out of nowhere, it seems, but it's made quite the impression. Despite the Tidus bashing (Shame, shame ;)), I enjoy this site a lot. Auron is actually my second favorite Final Fantasy X character, and one of my favorite FF characters period, and she definitely does him justice. Her shrine is fun to read because her personality is evident in every essay.

Pearl I haven't even finished FFX-2, but this shrine makes me want to. I love Janice's shrine to Lenne. It has everything from interesting reads in a unique group of essays (She even analyzed Lenne's actions in a video.) to a gallery and a jukebox. What's most inspiring about this shrine though, is Janice's dedication to the character; I can really tell she loves Lenne, and that's something awesome to find in a shrine.

Will Will is Poltergeist's wife. Chrissy and I met on a shrining community, and what made me connect with Chrissy so much, I think, is her undying love for FFX, and particularly Yuna. We debated Yuna and Tidus one night, and since then I have been patiently awaiting this shrine. Will does not disappoint. Chrissy loves Yuna as much as I love Tidus, and it shows in her shrine; she puts so much of herself in her writing. The sections I enjoyed most were Smile, Moon, and Stereotype, but read the entire shrine. It's awesome.

Tidus!Poltergeist was created and is maintained by me, Todd, and is part of the Dragonzord Network. This shrine was made for fun and is entirely non-profit. It is made up of my own personal opinions and perception. Sadly, I don't own Tidus or Final Fantasy X. They are both property of Square-Enix. Please don't sue me.
